Cedar Key deposit and cancellation policy: We need to receive a 50% deposit within 7 days from the date of your reservation. The remaining amount is due 120 days prior to reservation date. You will be reimbursed for your deposit if you cancel 120 days prior to your scheduled arrival time. If you need to cancel for any reason after this time, we will try to rent our home for you. In the event we are unable to rent our home, your payment cannot obviously be reimbursed. Your rental payment is a statement of your acceptance of our rental policy.  If you are paying by credit card - you will get an email conformation from us. Please make your check out to Alicia Yowell and send it to 2409 Red Maple Lane, Reston, Virginia 20191   

PET POLICY: We do except dogs- no aggressive breeds  & no CATS
Please keep your dog(s) on a leash, pick up droppings and do not leave your dogs
in the house alone or tied on the deck.  As you well know, being in a strange place
alone can frighten your dog into causing significant damage.
